Terms & Conditions
To book a class you like to attend, please select the class of your choice from the shop. Put in how many places you would like to book and select ‘add to cart’.
All website payments are taken via Paypal. We do not accept payment in cash or with a card for classes on the day. You can buy extra materials at the class and these can be paid for by cash or by card.
As soon as you pay for a class, your place is booked on that class and you will receive an email a couple of days before the class is being held with details, including where to go, what to bring and what to wear.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking for a child under the age of 15. Please contact us before booking children on any of our classes. Some of the classes are not suitable for children as they require use of hot torches and sharp tools.
The location of the classes can vary. Currently, most classes are held at Kiln House Studios, Badshot Farm Lane, Badshot Lea, GU9 9HY. Each class listing will include where it is taking place. If we move a class from the location that you booked we will inform you immediately and provide a full refund if you are not able to attend at the new location.
To join a class, you must be fit and able enough to sit for a few hours and have good use of your hands. There is no wheelchair access to the building at the Kiln House Studios.
Some of our classes are full days. We do not provide lunch on these days, so please bring food with you. We provide, coffee, tea, water and a selection of biscuits, (an essential!).

We respect your privacy and will not give out your information to a third party, company or individual unless it’s part of the service you are buying from us or if required by Law. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We require some information from you in order to provide you a service. This information will be treated in confidence and will be used only for the purpose it was supplied for.
We will add your email address to our mailing list unless you ask us not too. You can also unsubscribe at any time.
Financial details are not stored on this website as all transactions are through Paypal.
Refund / Cancellation policy
If you cancel 4 weeks or more before the class we will refund 100% of class price.
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the class we will not provide a refund. We allow the booking to be transferred to another person of your choice but we shall not be involved in any financial agreement or transfer of payment between you and the person taking your place. In the event that you cannot attend a class and find someone to take your place please email Sian with the person’s details as far in advance of the class as possible.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel a class we give a 100% refund.
