Terms & Conditions

Please note that when you book a class or course you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and the Refund/Cancellation Policy.

To book a class you like to attend, please select the class of your choice from the shop. Put in how many places you would like to book and select ‘purchase this class’.

All website payments are taken via Paypal. We do not accept payment in cash or with a card for classes on the day. You can buy extra materials at the class and these can be paid for by cash or card.

As soon as you pay for a class, your place is booked on that class and you will receive an email a couple of days before the class is being held with details, including where to go, what to bring and what to wear. Please check your spam/junk folder as our emails often end up in there!

We reserve the right to cancel a booking for a child under the age of 15. Please contact us before booking children on any of our classes. Some of the classes are not suitable for children as they require use of hot torches and sharp tools.

The location of the classes can vary. Currently, most classes are held at Kiln House Studios, Badshot Farm Lane, Badshot Lea, GU9 9HY. Each class listing will include where it is taking place. If we move a class from the location that you booked we will inform you immediately and provide a full refund if you are not able to attend at the new location.

To join a class, you must be fit and able enough to sit for a few hours and have good use of your hands. There is no wheelchair access to the building at the Kiln House Studios.

Some of our classes are full days. We do not provide lunch on these days, so please bring food with you. We provide, coffee, tea, water and a selection of biscuits, (an essential!).

Please always phone if you have any problems or questions about the class or if you think you are going to be late, 07866 760126.
